Toingtable values your privacy. This policy explains our handling of restaurant data and customer ordering information.
1. Cloud Database Storage
Tenant configuration, menus, table configurations, and customer orders are securely stored and managed using Google Cloud Firestore. Data is partitioned per tenant and encrypted in transit and at rest.
2. Customer Order Information
When a diner places an order via the customer QR menu, contact details (such as customer name and phone number) are utilized strictly for order verification, kitchen prep, and dining room service by the restaurant staff.
